Our Members
KATO has a strong, proactive membership of more than 30 providers.
The Members of KATO offer a wide range of training, from entry level skills and training, apprenticeships, accredited and non-accredited qualifications.
With a wealth of sector expertise and a passion for delivering high quality teaching and learning, our members are committed to ensuring that individuals and businesses have access to quality training and skills; all of which support personal development and wider economic development and growth for the region.
We help our members to grow their businesses by giving them the opportunity to network with other members operating within the skills sector, alongside funders, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Local Authorities, and national bodies such as the Education and Skills Funding Agency. We share vital sector information, broker access to key stakeholders, and offer information and support to those who need it.

We have been a member of KATO for over 15 years and being part of this wonderful professional network has enabled us to work closely with other Training Organisations and get insights into the latest information about training and funding.

Having had two exceptional staff join me through the apprentice scheme and the latest also looking to prove an asset to our business, I would certainly recommend the apprenticeship scheme and also IPS as our provider.

I find KATO so supportive for my conversations with employers who are looking at taking on apprentices and sourcing a training provider.

I have worked with KATO for many years; the support given to the company I worked for then was instrumental in promoting the benefits of apprenticeships to Kent residents and employers.
